After you have exchanged countless messages, the long-awaited moment of a very first date is coming.  You can be a bit nervous, or you are afraid of being disappointed (for example by a fact that a person you chatting with could different in a real life).

Firstly, it is important to keep in mind that it is not the easiest thing - pass from virtual communication to a real one. Take it as an adventure, as a challenge. Obviously, you cannot plan every little detail, something unforeseen would surely happen, but isn’t it a magic of a first date?

1. Choose a place to meet

It is essential to choose an activity or a place that would correspond to both of you. You should feel yourself confident no matter what your choice is: walk, meeting in a café etc. The main objective would to create a comfortable and chill atmosphere.

We will not lie to you, the first impression is important. Chose something that fits you well, but do not exaggerate.

Of course, you should present yourself. However, do not forget to listen for your partner and show your interest about her / him.

Don’t be negative and try to avoid to speak about your problems. Give a positive image of you by discussing some interesting and light topics.

Don’t be short on compliments. You may notice how she/he is looking good in that outfit.

For a first date, try to avoid sensitive topics such as politics or religion. So how you will bypass some clumsy or fumbled phrases you can regret about later.
