Is it the end of Yuumi after Patch 13.1.b on League of Legends ?

Many players of the game and professional players consider Yuumi to be very frustrating because she cannot be targeted when she is inside an ally. This has led to strong dissatisfaction among the player community, and many people dislike Yuumi, finding her gameplay uninteresting and irritating to play against.

It is possible that Yuumi will no longer be played due to reductions in her shield abilities, the movement speed she provides and her adaptive force bonus. To achieve this, here are the nerfs that Yuumi has undergone in patch 13.1.b:

Her base stats have undergone a drastic change, with her range going from 500 to 425, her AD from 55 to 49, her base health from 550 to 500 at level 1, and her health regeneration from 7 to 5.

Her passive skill is also the target of several nerfs, she gains 25 range of self-attack for the first attack she sends once her passive is usable. The health points of her shield also lose health points, going from 60-380 to 45-300. Her Z skill also loses power by only offering 12-20 (+6-10% of bonus) instead of the usual 12-20 (+12-20% of bonus).

The AP ratio of her E's movement speed is also removed, so it will be 20% at all levels. You can find all the nerfs on the official game website, where it says “The latest nerfs to the magical cat have reduced a good portion of her power in the solo lane, but Yuumi remains at an excessive level on the pro scene. Given the changes made to AD carries, we are pushing these nerfs a bit further". With a win rate of 45%, she officially enters the top 5 weakest characters in the game. However, she has a significant pick rate of 8.4% and a ban rate of 27% in ranked games.
