How to improve your character's equipment in Hogwarts Legacy by adding an attribute to a piece of clothing?

Hogwarts Legacy has been a great success since its release a few weeks ago, inviting players to explore Hogwarts and its surroundings. In Hogwarts Legacy, you will find many pieces of equipment that you can equip on your character to enhance their power. To gain powerful bonuses, you can add attributes to your equipment. If you're not sure how to proceed, this article will explain everything to you.

When you have vacant trait slots on your pieces of equipment, you can enhance them by adding bonuses. To do so, you must have the required traits as well as the appropriate components to add them to your equipment. Generally, you need to have progressed in the main quest to unlock all of these features.

Attributes add special effects that increase the damage of certain spells or reduce the damage inflicted by certain enemies. To add attributes and improve your equipment, you will first need to complete two-story quests. The first quest is titled "The Room of Requirement" and is given by Deputy Headmistress Weasley. The second is "The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and The Loom" issued by Deek. During these quests, you will learn how to conjure a device called the enchanted weaving shuttle in the Room of Requirement.

It is possible to use the enchanted weaving shuttle to improve your equipment by adding traits. Once installed in your Room of Requirement, you can use this tool to assign traits to the equipment you have collected. Each piece of equipment can be upgraded up to three times, but you must have the necessary resources for each upgrade.

To find traits and resources, you can explore the different areas of the map where chests are located in bandit camps and dungeons. When you find a piece of equipment with a new trait, you must first use the description desk in the Room of Requirement to discover and use that trait. It is important to note that to unlock this feature, you must first complete the "The Room of Requirement" and "The Elf, The Nab-Sack, and The Loom" quests.
