Patch 13.8 for League of Legends, all the changes

The latest patch of League of Legends brings several changes to champion abilities, including adjustments to damage, cooldowns, and special effects.

Buffs:

Ezreal's base attack damage is increased from 60 to 62, strengthening his ability to deal damage with basic attacks. This increase could make him even more dangerous in early-game trades and allow him to better compete with other champions.

Garen benefits from an increase in his base attack damage, from 66 to 69, as well as his base armor, which goes from 36 to 38. These improvements should strengthen Garen's ability to fulfill his tank role in fights, allowing him to better absorb enemy damage while dealing more damage.

Janna's abilities also undergo adjustments in this patch. The magic damage of her W ability is increased, going from 70/100/130/160/190 (+50% of your ability power) to 80/110/140/170/200 (+60% of your ability power), which enhances her mid-game damage potential. However, the shield decay delay of her E ability is increased from 1.25 seconds to 2.5 seconds, which could reduce her ability to quickly protect her allies.

Kha'Zix benefits from an increase in the physical damage of his Q ability, going from 60/85/110/135/160 (+115% of your bonus attack damage) to 70/95/120/145/170 (+115% of your bonus attack damage). This improvement could make him more effective in close-range fights, further reinforcing his role as the Void's hunter.

Kog'Maw's passive ability, "Icathian Surprise," is modified to make him ghost-like when his passive ability is active. In addition, the raw damage of his passive ability is increased, going from 125-550 (depending on level) to 140-650 (depending on level). His Q ability also has its cooldown reduced from 8 seconds to 7 seconds, and the mana cost of his E ability is reduced from 60/70/80/90/100 to 40/55/70/85/100. Finally, the slow of his E ability is increased from 20/28/36/44/52% to 30/35/40/45/50%. These improvements could make Kog'Maw more potent in fights.

Nerfs:

Aurelion Sol - Health and armor growth stats are reduced from 95 to 90 and from 4.3 to 4 respectively.

Jarvan IV - Attack damage growth is reduced from 3.4 to 3. Additionally, the damage of his Q ability is decreased at all levels.

Kayn - The movement speed bonus of his E ability, Shadow Assassin, is reduced from 80% to 70%. The cooldown of this ability is also increased from 8 to 10 seconds.

Malphite - The enhanced damage of his W ability and the physical area of effect damage of the same ability are reduced.

Rakan - Base armor and armor growth stats are reduced from 32 to 30 and from 5.1 to 4.9 respectively.

Cosmic Drive - This item receives a power buff, increasing from 90 to 100. Additionally, it gains a new unique passive property called Spell Dance. This property generates an effect that grants +2.5% movement speed every 1.5 seconds for 5 seconds when damaging a champion (excluding damage over time). Up to 4 effects can be stacked, allowing for a total of +10% movement speed.
