Pirates of the Caribbean License Arrives on Fortnite! List of All Update Changes

The universe of Pirates of the Caribbean makes its entrance into Fortnite with the "Cursed Sails" update. Players can now explore new areas like Shipwreck Shallows and hunt for hidden treasures. The "Cursed Sails" event offers a series of special quests that provide unique rewards inspired by the pirate universe.

The Cursed Sails Pass is at the heart of this event, offering free items as well as a bonus paid track. Among the free rewards are the Jack Sparrow's Sabres Pickaxe and the Jack's Reward Back Bling. By opting for the bonus track, you will immediately unlock the Jack Sparrow Outfit.

The update introduces new modes of transportation. You can use Ships in Bottles to surprise your enemies or propel yourself over long distances with pirate cannons. These additions bring a strategic and fun dimension to the battles.

Additionally, the Treasure Map makes its grand return, allowing you to discover valuable loot, including the Flintlock Pistol, a classic weapon reintroduced for the occasion.

The "Cursed Sails" quests are structured around several rules of the pirate code. Each rule presents specific challenges to obtain cursed coins, which can be used to unlock rewards in the Cursed Sails Pass. Here is the quest schedule:

By completing all the quests, you will obtain the Jack's Ship Glider, perfect for sailing towards victory.
