Fortnite continues to dazzle us this summer! Following the recent collaboration with Pirates of the Caribbean, Epic Games hasn't stopped there. The July 23 update not only introduced the Tesla Cybertruck into the game and a Fall Guys mini-game, but also brought a major surprise: the arrival of two brand-new skins, Deadpool and Wolverine.
With the release of the Deadpool and Wolverine films, collaborations are on the rise. For instance, Xbox unveiled two controllers featuring these characters with a unique touch: a rounded back design. It was inevitable that Epic Games would seize the opportunity to incorporate these heroes into its Battle Royale. Here’s everything you need to know to obtain the Deadpool and Wolverine skins in Fortnite.
The Deadpool and Wolverine skins are must-have items. These skins will not be available indefinitely, so if you want to add them to your collection, it's crucial to act quickly.
The big question is: how can you get them? Generally, to obtain a skin in Fortnite, you need to visit the in-game store. However, for collaborations, it's also possible to acquire skins for free through challenges or tournaments. Sometimes, these skins might also be part of the Battle Pass or an Event Pass. But what about Deadpool and Wolverine?
Currently, Epic Games has not provided official information. However, according to leakers and dataminers, these skins are expected to be available in the Fortnite store after the maintenance on July 23, 2024, with update 30.30. Prices are not yet confirmed, but we can expect them to be in the typical range of 1500 to 2000 V-Bucks.
Based on images shared by dataminers, particularly HypeX, it appears that the two skins will come with bundles containing additional cosmetics:
An emote
A pickaxe skin
A weapon wrap
A sticker
It also seems that Gliders themed around Wolverine and Deadpool will be available. For festival enthusiasts, a guitar skin might also be offered for this game mode.
