Deadlock, the brand-new game blending MOBA with a TPS (Third-Person Shooter), developed by Valve, is already attracting competitive players' attention. Available in playtest via Steam invitation, Deadlock already has a base of 200,000 lucky players participating in the closed beta.
In this type of competitive game, the question of MMR (Matchmaking Rating) is crucial. Although hidden, players are eager to understand where they stand compared to their opponents.
MMR is a hidden statistic that determines your skill level in competitive games. It is used by the matchmaking system to balance teams based on player performance.
Even though Valve recently restricted access to this data, you can still get an estimate of your MMR by following the steps below, but only for matches played before September 2, 2024:
Go to Deadlock Tracker
Visit the Deadlock Tracker website, a platform that allows you to view your statistics.
Click on "Login" at the top right of the homepage and sign in using your Steam credentials. This allows the site to access your game information.
Once logged in, you'll have access to two main sections:
Thanks to these statistics, you can get a rough idea of your level by comparing your results to other players. While the DLT Rating is not the exact MMR, it provides a good estimate of your skill level.
Note: Deadlock Tracker is currently working on a new algorithm to bypass the restrictions introduced after September 2, 2024.
