ESL FACEIT Group has announced the inaugural ESL Saudi Challenge, a groundbreaking tournament series exclusively for Saudi Arabian gamers. Kicking off on October 18 and running until December 7, 2024, this first-ever ESL-branded tournament in the kingdom is already underway! It's an incredible chance for local gamers to shine and showcase their skills on a global stage. 

The competition kicks off with three open qualifiers on the FACEIT platform, where the top two teams from each qualifier will secure their spots in the playoffs. They'll be joining two invited teams in a thrilling double-elimination format. The grand finals will be held at VOV Gaming in Riyadh, and there’s a massive $20,000 prize pool up for grabs! 

Saudi Arabia is really stepping up in the esports scene, with cool moves like the recent MoU between the Saudi Esports Federation and MOONTON Games to boost the industry.
