Release Date of Season 1 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombie Mode: What’s New?

On October 25, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 launched on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series, marking a new era for fans of the series. The first season of content is about to begin, bringing a host of new features that promise to refresh the gameplay experience, particularly for multiplayer and Zombies modes.

Many players are eager to know when these new features will be available, especially those reserved for Zombies mode enthusiasts. Here’s an overview of what’s coming and the release dates for each update.

The first major update for Black Ops 6, scheduled for November 14 at 6 PM, will introduce exciting additions to Zombies mode. This update will include two new weapons: the Krig C assault rifle and the Saug submachine gun. Additionally, there are gameplay enhancements, such as the Hand Cannon and a Guided mode for the Terminus and Liberty Falls maps. Players can also discover three new Bubblegums, expanding strategic possibilities.

Other features, such as a new perk, combat upgrades, an ammo mod, and a new type of enemy, will be rolled out gradually over the course of the season. While exact dates for their release haven’t been set, some of these elements could be added as early as Season 1 Reloaded, a mid-season update expected around December 12.

During this mid-season update, a highly anticipated new map, the Citadel of the Dead, will be available to all players. As the name suggests, this map will be set in a sinister castle, ideal for intense and immersive encounters.
