Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3: How to Get Blessings and What They Do

Blessings are powerful perks you can activate during a match. They give your character unique effects that become more effective as you increase your hero rank. You unlock them by playing actively, opening special caches, or exploring key areas of the map.

Here are a few examples to give you an idea:

• Storm Parade: Regenerates your shield while in the storm. At higher levels, it even reveals future safe zones.
   

• Quick Heal: Lets you sprint while using healing items and gives you a speed boost. At S rank, the effect is instant.
   

• Combat Acrobat: Partially reloads your weapon when doing parkour. At S rank, all your weapons reload when you move.
   

• Heightened Senses: Automatically marks enemies who attack you, making them easier to track. The effect lasts longer at S rank.
   

There are several ways to get blessings. The simplest is to level up your hero rank by playing. You start at rank C and move up by eliminating opponents, surviving the storm, or completing specific tasks like escorting a spirit. Each rank (B, A, S, S+) rewards you with a Hero Cache that can contain stronger blessings.

You can also find Hero Caches scattered across the map, especially in places like the Supernova Academy or the Demon Domain. A- and S-rank caches always grant a blessing, and reaching S+ rank automatically unlocks any blessings you haven’t obtained yet in that match.

Some blessings can also be purchased in tech labs or looted from defeated enemies. Lastly, if you return a Sprite to a sanctuary, you can earn special “Boons” — unique blessings with extra bonuses.

To make the most of them, focus on completing objectives, exploring new areas, and adapting your loadout to your playstyle. Once you hit S+ rank, you’ll have access to all blessings in a single game.
