With Chapter 6 Season 3 of Fortnite, titled “Super,” Epic Games is offering a brand-new set of Twitch Drops. You can claim two exclusive cosmetic items for free just by watching Fortnite streams on Twitch.
First, there’s the Neon Backtracker, a flashy back bling in purple and orange with a retro-futuristic style that really stands out. Then there’s the Neon Noctiblade, a glowing pickaxe with a sharp design—perfect for completing your superhero look. These two items are exclusive to Twitch Drops and won’t be available in the Item Shop or Battle Pass. But be quick: they’re only available until June 15, 2025.
To get them, you need to link your Epic Games account to your Twitch account. It’s easy: log in to the Epic Games website, go to your settings, then “Connected Accounts,” and link your Twitch account. Next, head over to Twitch, browse the Fortnite category, and pick a stream that says “Drops Enabled.”
Watch for 30 minutes to unlock the Neon Backtracker, then continue watching until you’ve reached 1 hour total to get the Neon Noctiblade. You don’t need to stay on the same stream—your watch time adds up across all Fortnite streams with Drops enabled.
Once you’ve reached the required watch time, go to your Twitch Drops Inventory page, click “Claim” for each reward, and then launch Fortnite. Your items will appear in your Locker automatically—though in some cases, it may take up to 14 days.
These rewards work on all platforms—PC, console, or mobile. And most importantly, it’s completely free: no purchases required, just an Epic Games account, a Twitch account, and a bit of time watching streams.
