From Valorant to Battlefield 6: How to Convert Your Sens Without Losing Your Aim

If you want to keep your aim sharp when switching from VALORANT to Battlefield 6, you absolutely need to convert your sensitivity. Each FPS has its own way of calculating sens and field of view, so if you stick with the same raw numbers, you’ll likely find your crosshair either too slow or too fast. The result: your reflexes and muscle memory take a hit.

The easiest way is to use an online calculator. Just enter your VALORANT sens (for example, 0.45) and your DPI, select Battlefield 6 as the target game, and the site will give you the correct value. To give you a reference, the base formula is: 1 VALORANT sens (at 800 DPI) = 38.984 on Battlefield 6 (also at 800 DPI). So if you play at 0.5 on VALORANT, that comes out to about 19.5 on Battlefield 6.

Here’s what you need to do: write down your sens and DPI, use a converter like GamingSmart, EGamersWorld, or Sensitivity-Converter, select VALORANT as the source and Battlefield 6 as the destination, copy the value, and enter it in Battlefield 6’s settings (Options > Keyboard/Mouse > Sensitivity). Then, test it in training or solo play, and make small adjustments if it doesn’t feel quite right.

One tip: Battlefield 6 has a wider FOV than VALORANT, so even with a perfect conversion, the feel may still be slightly different. If you play in 4:3 or 16:10 on VALORANT, you’ll notice it even more. The best approach is to fine-tune your sens after converting to make sure you’re fully comfortable. And remember to redo the process if you change your DPI or resolution.
