Best Perks and Specializations in the Black Ops 7 Beta

The Call of Duty Black Ops 7 beta already lets you experiment with new perks and specializations. Knowing which ones to equip makes a big difference, especially in fast-paced and competitive matches. Here’s the tier list of the best perks and specializations in the beta, ranked by effectiveness.

S-Tier

Fast Hands is a must-have for faster weapon swaps and reloads, giving a huge advantage in close-quarters duels. Cold-Blooded remains essential for avoiding detection by drones and thermal scopes, which is crucial given the frequency of killstreaks. Scavenger is also a must for resupplying ammo mid-fight without relying on a Munitions Box.

A-Tier

Battle Hardened reduces the impact of flash and stun grenades, perfect for frontline players. Overkill is useful for those who want to pair a long-range weapon with an SMG without compromise. Lightweight remains the best friend of aggressive players, allowing faster sprinting to chain eliminations.

S-Tier (Specializations)

Ghost is indispensable for staying invisible to enemy UAVs and flanking undetected. Tracker is also very strong, letting you follow enemy footprints and predict their movements, especially in objective-based modes.

A-Tier (Specializations)

Survivor, which lets you stay downed longer after being eliminated to wait for a revive, is useful in tactical modes like Search and Destroy. Tactical Mask reduces the effects of tactical equipment, a key perk against players who spam stuns and flashes.

B-Tier (Specializations)

Engineer, which highlights enemy equipment through walls, is handy but too situational for fast-paced modes. Amped, which speeds up weapon swaps between launchers and primaries, is more useful against aerial streaks but less critical in standard multiplayer.
