Dober Men don’t appear at the start of the match. They only spawn around KBBL Towers, the large radio antennas visible on the map once the second storm circle appears. Open your minimap at that exact moment, an antenna icon will mark their location. These are contested zones, so expect other players to show up for the same objective. The best strategy is to get moving as soon as the marker appears: use a fast vehicle or a Shockwave Grenade to reach the area before everyone else and secure the spot.
Once there, you’ll quickly spot the Dober Men patrolling around the tower. They move in small packs and will attack on sight, rushing at you relentlessly. Their damage is moderate, but their speed can catch you off guard, keep moving at all times. To fight them effectively, use mid-range weapons like assault rifles. Shotguns and SMGs work well to finish them off at close range, while a sniper rifle can help you deal early damage before they get too close. Each Dober Man has roughly 200 HP, so taking down one or two should be enough to reach the 300 damage required to complete the quest.
If you arrive late and the area has already been cleared, don’t panic. A new KBBL Tower will spawn elsewhere as the match progresses. Keep an eye on your map to locate the next antenna and head there quickly before it’s overrun. These zones attract a lot of players, so be ready to fight both other opponents and the mechanical dogs at the same time.
For a safer approach, there’s an alternative method: Mr. Burns’ Manor, located in the north of the map. Inside his office, a hidden button releases several Dober Men that immediately attack anything nearby. It’s a great way to complete the mission without facing heavy player pressure, just make sure you get there first, as only one player per match can activate the mechanism.
