
Character creation in Inazuma Eleven Victory Road is really the core of the whole experience. You shape your player from A to Z, decide how they play, how they grow, and how they’ll carry your team. It all starts with their identity, and it goes way deeper than just three sliders.
First, you pick your gender and body type: small, medium, or tall. Then you fine-tune everything: exact height, body width, face, hairstyle, eyes, accessories… You can literally create your look-alike, your dream player, or a full-on football alien. The idea is to establish the foundation of your style.
Then you choose your element: Wind, Forest, Mountain, or Fire. And that’s where things get serious. Each element has its own matchups, kind of like rock-paper-scissors. You’ll naturally be stronger or weaker against certain opponents. This choice can totally influence your duels, key actions, and even the team composition you want to run.
Next comes your position, another major decision. Forward if you want to score goals, Midfielder if you want total control, Defender if you prefer breaking enemy plays, or Goalkeeper if you dream of being your team’s wall. Your position determines your growth, your main stats, and your role on the field. But you can also pick a secondary position to stay flexible and adapt to your team’s needs.
To refine everything further, you select your Build Type, a kind of passive playstyle that tweaks how your character behaves in matches. Some builds boost shooting, others make you a monster on counterattacks, and some adjust your performance depending on the match’s tension. It completely changes how your character feels to play, and two identical players can become totally different just because of this choice.
And of course, there are the Hissatsu, the special techniques. You can equip six: three tied to your build and three completely free. They’re what give your player their true identity. Attacks, dribbles, blocks, saves… Choosing your Hissatsu is how you decide the mark you’re going to leave on every match.
