Where to Find Medical Supplies in ARC Raiders

At the Spaceport, head west on the map toward the massive red building called the Departures Building. This is a high-risk red zone packed with ARC enemies. Enter through the main entrance, go up to the first floor using the stairs, and look for the medical or examination room. Inside, search two containers such as drawers, boxes, or cabinets to complete this step. Be careful with Pops deal with them at range, as they love to ambush you while you’re looting.

The area is fairly quick to reach from the center of the map, but staying stealthy is key to avoiding patrols and unnecessary fights.

The second step takes place at the Dam Battlefield, on the east side of the map. You’re looking for the Research and Administration building. Approach from the southeast, climb the blue staircase, then use the zipline that acts like an elevator to reach the top floor. Up there, in the medical rooms, search two more containers. Watch out for an ARC sentinel that often patrols nearby; you can either take it out cleanly or slip past it.

Enemies are dense in this area, so stay in cover and favor anti-armor weapons to avoid getting overwhelmed.

The final step is in the Buried City, in the north-central part of the map. Your target is the hospital, near the parking area and marked by a red loot icon. You can enter via the upper scaffolding or through the main entrance. Then head up to the consultation rooms and ignore the reception area. Search three containers in these medical zones while dealing with aggressive ARC patrols.

Each location must be completed in a separate expedition. You don’t need to carry any special items, but the risk of losing your gear is real, so don’t overcommit.

Once the quest is finished, you’ll receive a Banana bag charm, 3 defibrillators, and 2 vita sprays, a solid boost for surviving raids. The safest approach is to play in a squad, use smoke grenades to loot without being spotted, and combine this quest with other missions from Lance to optimize your runs. As a nice bonus, these areas are also packed with general loot, making the quest well worth the time invested.
