Queue up, lock in, and fight for championship dreams

Supercell just dropped the news: the first Championship Challenge of the 2026 Brawl Stars Championship is going down January 30 - February 1. This limited-time event is the official kickoff to the new competitive season and your first shot at qualifying for the Monthly Qualifier. 

The Championship Challenge is a recurring competitive mode within Brawl Stars, where players must reach a required number of wins while staying under a loss limit. For this opening challenge, competitors must have at least 800 trophies, with all participants playing at Power Level 11 regardless of progression. Only players aged 16 or older who successfully complete the challenge can advance to the Monthly Qualifier, scheduled for February 4th. 

The challenge features a rotating set of maps and modes, including Gem Grab, Hot Zone, Brawl Ball, Bounty, and Heist. Performance in Monthly Qualifiers and Finals earns points toward World Finals qualification, where a $1m prize pool is on the line. 

Brawl Stars esports in 2026 will distribute $2m across the season, featuring five global regions. Following Crazy Raccoon’s World Finals victory in 2025, the new season begins with high expectations and a fresh race for the championship title.
