Al-Shabab struck first on 18 minutes as Abderazak Hamdallah finished off a Josh Brownhill setup to put the visitors ahead.
Damac hit back at 30' through Valentin Vada, teed up by Arielson, to make it 1-1 at the break.
The away side took control after halftime: Saad Yaslam made it 2-1 on 58' from a Yannick Carrasco assist, before Carrasco sealed the win himself at 84'.
Despite Damac's 14 shots and five on target, Al-Shabab's clinical 3-of-6 finishing and four saves at the back told the story.

That finish became the match-winning goal, flipping the momentum and forcing Damac to chase. Al-Shabab then managed the advantage and later added a third, but Yaslam's breakthrough was the decisive separator.
Al-Shabab absorbed pressure, punished key moments, and came away with a controlled 3-1 win built on Yaslam's turning-point strike and Carrasco's finishing touch.
